About My Property Potential
As a property enthusiast, and with 22 years of experience in Residential Construction, Project Management, Building Consultancy, Interior Design and Architecturally designed projects, I was consistently confronted with customers in search of genuine professional building and design advice in the residential sector, particularly those selling or purchasing property.
By this time, and after many consultations with clientele, I had established a vision, and in turn founded this brand based on simplistic, cost effective, concept design principles and easy to understand building feasibility feedback. Excited by the opportunity that every home offers up uncovered design possibilites and endless potential to further enhance its appeal and functionality, together with my many years of professional experience and personal passion to think outside the square, I created this business My Property Potential.
We are a small business located in the northern suburbs of Sydney.
About the Principal
The Principal, David Collins, is a Licenced Builder, qualified Architectural Draftsperson, accredited Building Designer, Building Consultant and a recently acquired accreditation as an E1 Swimming Pool Certifier. In the past, his business has carried out design and construction projects both locally and abroad however, in more recent times, he has hung up the construction hat to allow him to focus on what he love's most, Design!
His professional experience in interior layouts, architectural design, alternative construction methods and current market costings allow him to turn your ideas into reality. This experience often triggers conversation with clients that they otherwise know nothing of until contracts are signed and construction begins – of course by this time it is often too late to back pedal!
