It is also a great opportunity to discuss options available to them regarding the potential leverage a Concept plan may have on their sales and marketing campaign.

Site based consultation to answer all the planning and design related questions the Real Estate Agent would otherwise refer to a specialist – in this case its US! Includes brief scope of the planning parameters set by local and state authorities and making contact with the relevant council planning department for clarification certain development controls. We also give you advice on the relationship between the features of the existing home and how this fits with what you plan/visualise for your new home.
